Milan Fashion Week – Short report of my fourth (and last) day

In the fourth and final day of My Milan Fashion Week I saw only the Ermanno Scervino fashion show, and if I have to be honest, I stayed in Milan until the morning of February 23 only for this reason. I couldn’t miss it!

Soon I will publish my official review, but unofficially and giving you a purely personal opinion, I can say that it was one of the most beautiful collections seen in these days. Several designers were inspired by the punk mood, glancing at the sculptural shapes of Balenciaga, while Scervino stood out for the sheer elegance and sobriety of clean silhouette studded with diamonds. The colors range from gray to purple, passing by ivory floral lace and powder pink velvet dresses. Sophistication like no other, already announced in the pre-collection shown in Palazzo Pitti in January.

In the Backstage, a lot of crowd and weel known faces, including the show-girl Valeria Marini chased by Pierfrancesco Diliberto’s (aka Pif) cameras, for his television program “Il Testimone Vip” on MTV Italia.

This great show concludes my brief tour for the Milan fashion week, with a great desire to write a the reviews of the collections I’ve seen both live and online… but from my beloved home in Florence!
