As the first three days of Milan Design Week, even the fourth day promises to be full of fashion events and design presentations in the most exclusive boutiques of the fashion districts.

Origami by Uros Mihic for Anteprima
The tour begins with a cocktail in the flagship store of the Italian-Japanese fashion house Anteprima, where among the iconic wire bags and the clothes from the summer collection we find the origami installation by Uros Mihic, a young Serbian designer known for his creations of paper that seem to come to life.

The Travel Capsule Collection by André Klauser for Alberto Guardiani
Alberto Guardiani renews its partnership with Wallpaper*Magazine by commissioning to André Klauser a capsule collection including travel bag, briefcase and iPad case made of an innovative hydro repellent fabricof the Swiss company Schoeller. A mini capsule collection designed to contain everything you need for a short trip combining the Italian craftsmanship with the international stylistic vision of the magazine, as in the previous special edition of shoes by Alberto Guardiani + Wallpaper * Magazine presented at Pitti Uomo in 2011.

Dirk Bikkembergs and Samsung Active Video
Dirk Bikkembergs dedicates the window shop of the flagship store to the 2013 Samsung Smart TV Collection, on which you can enjoy the Dirk Bikkembergs Active Video in high definition, transporting the viewer into the sporty atmosphere of the Belgian brand. The short film, made by the international photographer Sølve Sundsbø and produced by Studio Rem (Ruini and Mariotti), shows the sport-model Diego Miguel during a series of jumps in the air, wearing some key looks from the new Dirk Bikkembergs collection. Enjoy the view and the special cockatil open to the public… cheers!

PAL ZILERI – Craftsmanship beyond belief
The men’s fashion brand Pal Zileri hosts in its showroom an exhibition which involves the Danish high-tech company Bang&Olufsen and the ancient Japanese manufacturer of kimono fabrics Hosoo (born in 1688). The latest generation of Bang&Olufsen speakers are covered with a Hosoo fabric made especially for the occasion used also by the Italian fashion house for a capsule collection of hand made tailoring suits.

SERGIO ROSSI – A Tribute to Gabriella Crespi
Casa Vogue e Sergio Rossi nella prestigiosa cornice di Palazzo Crespi ospitano una mostra di pezzi unici e riedizioni della celebre Gabriella Crespi, designer icona della Milano bene tra gli anni 60 e 70 che si ritirò proprio al culmine della carriera dopo aver conquistato il mondo con uno stile unico e ricercato molto vicino all’art deco, ma intriso di elementi e filosofie orientali. In questa occasione più unica che rara, la creatività del brand Sergio Rossi si intreccia con il suo stile, dando vita ad una collezione di scarpe in special edition.

Wao sembra tutto così interessante! Tra gli eventi che hai proposto quelli che più mi attirano sono sicuramente quello di Pal Zaleri (mi piace questa commistione con una cultura così diversa, addirittura con un antico produttore di kimono) e quello di Sergio Rossi!

tantissimi davvvero tantissimi appuntamenti interessanti, troppi per me e per i miei gusti, non posso purtroppo essere in 10 posti come minimo nella stessa giornata, ecco sarò limitata ma questo aspetto del fuorisalone é davvero scomodo, davvero interessante oggi da Dexter in Piazza Piemonte la presentazione della prima collezione in collaborazione con l’architetto Sergio Bonifaccio di tre tavolini di design realizzati in materiali pregiati e metalli fresati a mano;))
